Meanwhile, Acton-Boxborough put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season. They put the hurt on Cambridge Rindge & Latin with a sharp 49-21 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Acton-Boxborough, who now have seven in a row.
Their wins bumped Acton-Boxborough to 7-0 and Methuen to 6-2. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
