After two games on the road, Ore City is heading back home. They will finish 2023 at home by hosting the Bloomburg Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
Last Tuesday, Ore City was the victim of a rough 43-21 defeat at the hands of Big Sandy.
Rennie Harris put forth a good effort for the losing side as she scored four points along with eight rebounds.
Meanwhile, Bloomburg came tearing into two weeks ago's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Sulphur Bluff by a score of 44-37.
Ore City's loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-9. As for Bloomburg, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.
