The Deerfield Beach Bucks can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Friday. They blew past Cooper City, posting a 57-19 victory at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Deerfield Beach also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Leading Deerfield Beach to victory were Tatiana Ramsey and Larrisa Francois. Ramsey scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, while Francois dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Joy Humphrey, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Deerfield Beach pushed their record up to 12-8 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Cooper City, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Deerfield Beach will square off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Cooper City is on the road again on Monday and plays the Trojans on February 5th. Taravella is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
