The Rouse Raiders won the last time they faced the Glenn Grizzlies, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Rouse strolled past Glenn with points to spare, taking the game 60-45. Given Rouse's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while Glenn is ranked 198th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Jojo Moore continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points along with six rebounds. The matchup was his 24th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Devin Brown, who scored nine points along with seven rebounds.
Rouse has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. As for Glenn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-9.
Rouse will head out on the road to face off against Cedar Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Cedar Park focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Tuesday. As for Glenn, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Liberty Hill at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Liberty Hill's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last seven matchups.
