It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Pine Lake Preparatory ultimately got the result it was hoping for on Friday. They got past Northside Christian Academy with less than a touchdown to spare, ending up at 20-14. That result is just more of the same for Pine Lake Preparatory, who also won the last time these teams played.
No one had a larger role in the success than junior Kris Petroski, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 218 yards and 3 touchdowns. This was the first game for both teams, giving Pine Lake Preparatory a 1-0 record and starting Northside Christian Academy off at 0-1.
