Even though St. Joseph scored an imposing 40 points on Friday, Hyde Park still came out on top. Hyde Park secured a 46-40 W over St. Joseph.

Fort Bend Christian Academy really took it to Kelly Catholic for the full four quarters, racking up a 46-3 victory on the road. With Fort Bend Christian Academy ahead 30-3 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Fort Bend Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ramarian Tillman, who rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries. Tillman has been hot recently, having posted 100 or more rushing yards the last three times he's played. Cannon Kampwerth and his 89 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Fort Bend Christian Academy's win.
Hyde Park's win bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Fort Bend Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 5-5 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Hyde Park was taken down by Fort Bend Christian Academy 69-0 in their previous matchup back in November of 2022. Thankfully for Hyde Park, Brady Dever (who threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground) won't be suiting up this time.
