Football Recap: Tulelake Skates Past Plumas Charter with Ease

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Tulelake's strategy against Plumas Charter on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Honkers blew the Warriors out of the water with a 36-6 final score. The Honkers pushed the score to 28-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors had little chance of recovering from.

Tulelake's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Max Robison, who rushed for 150 yards and two TDs on only 12 carries. Robison is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 150 every time he's taken the field this season. Another receiver making a difference was Alex Garcia, who gained 195 total yards and two touchdowns.

The win got Tulelake back to even at 2-2. As for Plumas Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
