Leading Follett to victory were Reyna Rosales and Kimber Wheatley. Rosales scored 16 points along with eight steals and six rebounds, while Wheatley scored 16 points along with five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriella Barton, who scored three points along with four steals.
Miami's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-9. As for Follett, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-9 record this season.
