If the Reading Rangers were feeling good off their 65-25 takedown of the Camden-Frontier Redskins on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Reading took a 67-48 bruising from Blissfield on Friday.
Several Rangers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brady Kling, who scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Wright, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds.
Reading's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Blissfield, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reading will face off against Springport at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Blissfield's road trip will continue as they head out to face Arbor Prep at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th.
