When it comes to explaining why Revere lost, one person who can't be blamed is Alisha Jean. Despite the final result, she scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. That's the first time this season that Jean posted two or more blocks.
Notre Dame Academy's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-0. As for Revere, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.
Notre Dame Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Ursuline Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ursuline Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Massachusetts Rankings (they are ranked 31st, while Notre Dame Academy is ranked third). As for Revere, they will head out on the road to challenge Lynn English at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
