 Longmont's win was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one  goal over those four  matchups. As for Greeley Central,  the  victory  got them back to even at 2-2.
 Longmont was able to grind out a solid  win over Greeley Central in their previous matchup  back in March of 2024, winning  5-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Longmont since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
