Their offense was headlined by  Tia Heavner and  Brynlyn Waggy, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from  Carolyn Varner and her 12 assists.  Alyssa Bennett controlled things from the service line, finishing with 12 aces.
Pendleton County's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Tygarts Valley,  they are  on  a  20-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.
