The Genesee Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight loss. The game between Genesee and Logos wasn't particularly close, with Genesee falling 79-62. Genesee has struggled against Logos recently, as their match on Thursday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Seth Vestal, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Teak Wareham, who scored 15 points.
Genesee's loss was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-12. As for Logos, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.
Genesee will head out on the road to square off against Troy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Troy is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Logos, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Prairie at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Prairie will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Idaho Rankings (they are ranked 110th, while Logos is ranked 34th).
