The Camelback Spartans won the last time they faced the Alhambra Lions, and things went their way on Friday too. Camelback took their game at home with ease, bagging a 73-39 win over Alhambra. That 34 points margin sets a new team best for Camelback this season.
Camelback found their leader in underclassman Jaylin Ideran, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Ideran is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last nine games he's played. Another player making a difference was Rowan Reuwer, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Camelback's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Alhambra, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-19.
