The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Tekoa-Rosalia in their matchups with Liberty Christian: they've now lost four in a row.
It was another big night for Charlie Branning, who rushed for 170 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries. Branning hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was Dax Mercure, who rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown.
Tekoa-Rosalia's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 1-8. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 7.6 points per game. As for Liberty Christian, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
Tekoa-Rosalia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Liberty Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
