There's no place like home for the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Colton 65-37 at home. The win was just what Tekoa-Rosalia needed coming off of a 66-45 defeat in their prior contest.
It was another big night for Isaac Bone, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Tekoa-Rosalia's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Vanden Allen, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Colton lost, one person who can't be blamed is Matthew Reisenauer. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points. The game was Reisenauer's fourth in a row with at least ten points.
Tekoa-Rosalia pushed their record up to 5-6 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points per game. As for Colton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
Tekoa-Rosalia will be playing in front of their home fans against Pomeroy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Pomeroy is coming into the contest hot, having won their last eight games. As for Colton, they will head out on the road to face off against Rosalia at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
