On Friday, Escalante made easy work of Beaver Dam and carried off a 49-28 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Escalante.
Several Diamondback players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Crissy Medina, who scored 10 points. The match was Medina's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Bukinski, who scored 8 points.
Escalante now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Beaver Dam, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Escalante's road trip will continue as they head out to face Pinnacle at 5:30 p.m. on December 6th. As for Beaver Dam, they will challenge Indian Springs at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
