Berryhill had to suffer through a rough 63-32 loss at the hands of Perkins-Tryon. Berryhill has struggled against Perkins-Tryon recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Chiefs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaden Howard, who scored six points.
Berryhill's defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Perkins-Tryon, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-1.
Berryhill will be playing at home against Bristow at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bristow is coming into the contest with three straight defeats on the road, meaning Berryhill will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory. As for Perkins-Tryon, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Cushing at 7:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Cushing will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 176th, while Perkins-Tryon is ranked 41st).
