Westview had to skate by with only a three-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 56-point drubbing they dealt Ripley on Friday. The Chargers blew past the Tigers, posting a 62-6 win. The victory continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

Despite the loss, Ripley saw an underclassman step up: freshman Davaris Pearson rushed for 152 yards and one TD. Those 152 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Pearson.
