Seymour extended their winning streak to four on Monday, bumping their season record up to 10-6 in the process. They were the clear victors by an 18-4 margin over the New London Bulldogs. The Thunder's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

As for New London, they moved to 5-10 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

For New London's part, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Erin O'Donoghue, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Looking ahead, Seymour will be playing at home against West De Pere at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thunder are facing the Phantoms at the right time seeing as the Phantoms are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for New London, they will head out to square off against Xavier at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Hawks have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
