While Northview's victory against Cloverdale wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Knights had just enough and edged out the Clovers 4-2. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Clovers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Mackie Pell was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two runs and one triple. Another player making a difference was Finley Frazier, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Northview pushed their record up to 6-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Cloverdale, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Northview has already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against Plainfield on the 28th. As for Cloverdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 5-2 defeat against Shakamak on the 25th.
