The Annapolis Area Christian Eagles lost against the Meade Mustangs back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. Annapolis Area Christian took a hard 64-50 fall against the Mustangs.
It was another big night for Ashton Turman, who scored 18 points for Meade. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucaya Baldridge, who scored nine points along with six rebounds.
Annapolis Area Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Meade, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Annapolis Area Christian will take on the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Meade, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Knights at 6:00 p.m. North County is no doubt hoping to put an end to a nine-game streak of away losses.
