Clio had to endure an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They strolled past the Corunna Cavaliers with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 60-44. The Mustangs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Clio's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Corunna, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clio will square off against Owosso at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Corunna, they will head out on the road to challenge Brandon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Corunna is facing Brandon at the right time seeing as Brandon is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
