When it comes to explaining why Defiance lost, one person who can't be blamed is Samantha Hohenberger. Despite the final result, she scored 11 points along with six rebounds. Those six rebounds set a new season-high mark for her.
Defiance's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Tinora, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Defiance will challenge Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tinora will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Liberty Center at 7:30 p.m. on December 16th. Liberty Center will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
