Gore barely beat Porum the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pirates' pitchers stepped up to hand the Panthers a 6-0 shutout on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-6 last Friday.

The victory made it two in a row for Gore and bumps their season record up to 2-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.5 runs over those games. As for Porum, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Gore will head out to challenge Quinton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Porum, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Porter at 4:30 p.m.
