First Baptist School won against Hilton Head Christian Academy last Thursday with 12 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. First Baptist School walked away with a 12-8 win over the Bridges Prep Buccaneers. The Hurricanes' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

First Baptist School's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 12.3 runs this season. As for Bridges Prep, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, First Baptist School will host St. John's Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bridges Prep, they will venture away from home to challenge Bamberg-Ehrhardt at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
