Plentywood will challenge Powder River County on the road at 1:00 PM on Saturday. Both of those teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
After a big victory against Forsyth two weeks ago, Plentywood came back down to earth. Plentywood were given a punishing 6-46 defeat at the hands of Culbertson. Plentywood's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the matchup before.
Meanwhile, we expected Powder River County to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Circle last Friday, and they did. Powder River County suffered a grim 26-52 defeat to Circle.
Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
