Norte Vista got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jyden Henderson out in front who rushed for 83 yards and one TD on only six carries, and also threw for 100 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only seven passes. Henderson got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 62 yards. Another receiver making a difference was King Butler, who picked up 67 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Norte Vista was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 231 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 161 rushing yards in 13 consecutive games dating back to last season.
