The Magnolia Sentinels suffered their biggest loss since December 13, 2023 on Wednesday. They were the victim of a rough 76-51 loss at the hands of Savanna. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Magnolia has suffered against Savanna since January 7, 2020.
Savanna's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Paul Henderson led the charge by scoring 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of James Lee, who scored 17 points.
Magnolia dropped their record down to 4-19 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Savanna, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 14-9.
Magnolia will head out on the road to face off against Santa Ana Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Savanna, they will be playing at home against Century at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Century has now lost seven straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since January 4.
