Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Appleton North

Appleton North had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Hortonville Polar Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win.

While Appleton North won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-11, 25-22.

SAMUEL KUEHL paced Appleton North's offense, picking up eight kills. KUEHL got some help from SPENCER MUNSON and his 19 assists. NATHAN RAMUS controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Appleton North's victory bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Hortonville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Appleton North will take on rival Neenah at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hortonville is set to square off against their familiar foe Kimberly at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
