Spencer Center will head out on the road to face off against East Dayton Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Spencer Center is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Even though Oyler scored an imposing 61 points on Tuesday, Spencer Center still came out on top. Spencer Center snuck past the MAD Hatters with a 67-61 win.
Meanwhile, East Dayton Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a rough 66-31 loss at the hands of Calvary Christian. East Dayton Christian was down 51-21 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Despite the loss, East Dayton Christian got a solid performance out of Damir Walder, who scored 14 points along with five steals. Walder has been hot recently, having posted five or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Owen Warden, who scored three points along with two steals.
Spencer Center's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for East Dayton Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-17.
