The American Leadership Academy Eagles will take on the Draper APA Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. American Leadership Academy's offense hasn't had much luck over their past three matches, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Saydee Carter was the offensive standout of the contest as she posted four points along with eight boards and four steals. She has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times she's played. Another player making a difference was Ana Hernandez, who scored two points in addition to nine boards and four steals.
American Leadership Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in nine consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Draper APA waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They breezed by the Ravens to the tune of 73-32. With the Eagles ahead 43-20 at the half, the contest was all but over already.
American Leadership Academy better keep an eye on Aaliyah Baldwin. She was instrumental in Draper APA's win, going 12 of 21 en route to 29 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. Samantha Kartchner was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and ten boards.
Draper APA pushed their record up to 14-5 with the win, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.2 points per game. As for American Leadership Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-6.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: American Leadership Academy has been crashing the rebounds this season, having averaged 32.4 boards per game. However, it's not like Draper APA struggles in that department as they've been averaging 30.2 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
