The Valley View Eagles's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a serious blow against Paradise, falling 61-14. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Valley View in their matchups with Paradise: they've now lost seven in a row.
Paradise got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gazey Yates out in front who scored 16 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylee Nichols, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Valley View has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season. As for Paradise, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 27-7.
Valley View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Paradise also has no future games currently scheduled.
