Electra is 10-0 against Crowell since December of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Electra Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the Crowell Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Electra has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
Electra scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Harrold 93-52 at home. Electra has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Crowell pushed their score all the way to 57 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Munday 63-57. Crowell has struggled against Munday recently, as their matchup on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Electra pushed their record up to 26-5 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.5 points per game. As for Crowell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.
Electra beat Crowell 46-34 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Electra since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
