The Yavneh Academy Bulldogs can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They blew past Lucas Christian Academy 64-21 at home. The win was nothing new for Yavneh Academy as they're now sitting on three straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Yavneh Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniela Hargrove, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. Hargrove also posted two+ blocks for the first time this season. Lilly Yalovsky was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with eight assists and three steals.
Yavneh Academy pushed their record up to 11-6 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Lucas Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Yavneh Academy will head out on the road to face off against Dallas Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dallas Lutheran comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last five games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse. As for Lucas Christian Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Bishop Gorman at 6:00 p.m.
