Despite the loss, Colville saw an underclassman step up: Mason Beardsley rushed for 171 yards while picking up 10.7 yards per carry. Beardsley was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 52 yards.
Colville's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their overall record down to 4-5. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 17.0 points per game. As for Deer Park, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.
Colville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Deer Park also has no future games currently scheduled.
