The FAU High Owls will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Don Soffer Aventura Barracuda at 5:30 p.m. FAU High comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 15 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
FAU High suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Katz Yeshiva at home and fell 56-13.
Meanwhile, Don Soffer Aventura had to suffer through a rough 69-23 loss at the hands of Donna Klein Jewish Academy. Don Soffer Aventura has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The losing side was boosted by Liana Kozko, who scored 19 points. That was a full 82.6% of Don Soffer Aventura's points, marking the tenth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
FAU High has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which is still a better percentage than their 1-10 record this season. As for Don Soffer Aventura, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-8.
