The victory for Wilby keeps them at an undefeated 5-0. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.6 points per game. As for Woodland Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
Wilby will be playing at home against Watertown at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Watertown will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Connecticut Rankings (they are ranked 122nd, while Wilby is ranked 14th). As for Woodland Regional, they will head out on the road to face off against Derby at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Derby is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
