Cherokee took a 26-12 bruising from Meek on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 46 points in the game before, Cherokee couldn't push the score so high this time.
When it comes to explaining why Cherokee lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jb Dean. Despite the final result, he rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown.
Cherokee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Meek, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.
