Mineral Point and Cuba City squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Mineral Point had to settle for second. They were beaten by the Cuba City Cubans 82-50. The Pointers' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Mineral Point's defeat dropped their record down to 18-7. As for Cuba City, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-5.
