Ty Colberg has led Ascent Classical Academy in assists on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Colberg produced his best game of the campaign: he posted nine points along with three steals and four assists. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played.

Colberg and Ascent Classical Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on STEM School Highlands Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. Ascent Classical Academy will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 105 places lower in Colorado), but they're not letting that get them down.
