This season hasn't been kind to the Sheridan Rams, who are still winless after their tenth contest. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 84-62 walloping at the hands of Bruce Randolph on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Sheridan lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being William Brent, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and five blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Bobby Garcia, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Sheridan's loss was their 17th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Bruce Randolph, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sheridan will take on Arvada at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Arvada focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday. As for Bruce Randolph, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against The Pinnacle at 7:00 p.m. Hopefully The Pinnacle focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday.
