Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Friday. O'Connor walked away with a 2-0 win over ALA - Gilbert North. Winning may never get old, but O'Connor sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brooklyn Palmer paced O'Connor's offense, picking up eight kills. Palmer got some help from Ahvah Florance-Littles and her 19 assists. Leylah Duran and Kaiya Kearney kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

O'Connor's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for ALA - Gilbert North, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, O'Connor and ALA - Gilbert North will both be playing Perry the next time they take the court. ALA - Gilbert North will head out to face Perry at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while O'Connor will play them later in the day, at 4:00 p.m.
