Softball Recap: Oakland Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Encinal, Oakland was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Skyline Titans get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by ten runs or more this season.

Oakland now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Skyline, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Coming up, Oakland will challenge Fremont at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Skyline will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' contest: after the Wildcats face off against the Tigers, they'll take on Skyline again at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
