Milpitas had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took down Terra Nova 28-9 on Friday. Milpitas' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Meanwhile, after some red-hot offensive attacks in their last three games, Woodside finally came back down to earth on Friday. They were beaten by Los Altos 35-7. Woodside was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 28-7.
Milpitas now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Woodside, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
