The biggest upset of the week belonged to Highland, who took down 451st ranked Highland, 27-7. Brad Edmonds ran for 83 yards and caught one passes for 18 yards in the win.
North Union extended the longest winning streak in Mid-Ohio - Red this week by beating Elgin, 49-6. The victory was the sixth in a row for the Wildcats.
Buckeye Valley's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Caleb Green chipped in 85 yards. Kolton Oiler helped Buckeye Valley's passing attack out by catching one ball for three yards.
Green put up the best numbers through the air as the Barons bested the Fighting Scots. He had a total of three completions for 22 yards.
Buckeye Valley's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Barons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Green has thrown for 786 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Brad Krueger has 16 catches for 320 yards. Edmonds leads the league in rushing with 459 yards.
Buckeye Valley moved up to 455 from 510 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Mike Marshall's team climbed the ranks as a result of a 27-7 win over Highland.
