The Walker Wolverines entered their tilt with the Washington Bulldogs with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. Walker came out on top against Washington by a score of  60-53  on Tuesday. Given Walker's advantage  in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings  (they are ranked 151st, while Washington is ranked 340th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Walker's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Moustapha Diop led the charge by  dropping  a double-double on 22 points and 14  rebounds. Diop is absolutely dominating the  rebound category: he's  posted at least eight every time he's  taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was  Noah Pederson, who  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and 11  rebounds.
 Walker is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Washington,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 4-9.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walker will take on Drew Charter at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Washington, they will stay at home for another  game and welcome Business Engineering Science Tech at 7:00  p.m.  on January 26th. Business Engineering Science Tech is coming into the  match on a five-game losing streak.
