It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Bremen Blue Devils had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on White County with a sharp 40-17 victory. Considering Bremen has won five matchups by more than 22 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Bremen's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.2 points per game. As for White County, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Bremen will square off against Cedar Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Grove will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. White County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
