The Biggsville West Central Heat can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 61-29 victory over Knoxville at home. The victory was familiar territory for Biggsville West Central who now have three in a row.
Biggsville West Central got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Harlee Hainds out in front who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hainds has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Shelby Bowman, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
Biggsville West Central's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-7. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Knoxville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-17.
Biggsville West Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Knoxville's road trip will continue as they head out to face Macomb at 1:00 p.m. on February 10th. Macomb presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Knoxville in Illinois (Macomb is ranked 174th, while Knoxville is ranked 390th).
