Mackenzie Melton turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out 11 batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits (and only one walk). Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 5.6 strikeouts per game.
